FAQ’s & Resources

  • What do I need to do to prepare for getting my carpets cleaned?
    • It is suggested to move knick-knacks, lamps, and plants off your furniture. Along with a quick vacuum to the areas you plan on getting professionally cleaned. If needed our crew can pre-vacuum, and keep in mind the equipment is vacuuming while we clean. However, nothing is required from any of our customers. We recommend letting our professionally trained crew move items such as: couches, beds, dresses, and other large furniture. We will gladly move and return furniture back to its rightful place at no extra charge.

  • How long until my carpet is totally dry?
    • It can take anywhere from 8-24 hours for your carpet to completely dry. Using fans and turning on the air/heating system can help accelerate the drying of the carpet. To avoid color transfer, leave any protective blocks under furniture legs and any paper used with upholstered items in place until the carpet or furniture is completely. It is okay to walk on your caret immediately after your cleaning is finished. Wearing clean rubber soled shoes versus regular street shoes is suggested, as everyday shoes may re-soil your carpet. Be cautious to no slip when walking from damp carpeted areas on to non-carpeted areas.

  • Is it true that cleaning my carpets makes them soil faster?
    • This problem occurs when the use of soap in the cleaning process hasn’t been rinsed out completely. The residue attracts dirt. However, our specially formulated solution along with hot water extraction leave little to no residue behind to attract the dirt.
